Its the 19th of November, 2009 and as the clock strikes 4.35 in the evening, you make your way into this world. It is a normal delivery, but vacuum assisted.
You are surprisingly very quiet and the pediatrician carries you to a nearby observation table to carry out some tests. No one knows until now whether its a BOY or a GIRL, as the attention of everyone present in the delivery room is focused on your mother - grappling with the delivery and post-delivery pains.
Its only when the mother inquires, that everyone present in the room, including me, turn our attention towards you and whoa....we all announce in unison...its a BABY GIRL !!!
One of your most distinct features is the thick crop of hair on your head; rarely seen in new-born babies. As the first tests are carried out, the room fills with the sound of your first cries...
It has been a strangely unique life experience in "that delivery room".
Welcome, once again, into our lives........you have bought about a perennial smile to my face !!!
